The Treatment which adolescents receive while in Parc Place RTC is designed to meet their wide range of needs and problems. The following are some of the treatment modalities provided to adolescents while they participate in the Parc Place RTC: |
Behavior Management for disturbing behavior is provided by staff through the use of Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI), an intervention model developed through the research of Cornell University. |

| Clients have a daily opportunity to participate in recreation and vocational activities under the supervision of staff members. |
|
|
| The medical staff provides supervision and consultation to nursing and
clinical staff as well as ongoing diagnostic evaluation and treatment
of clients. |
|
|
Students attend our North Central Accredited school in classes that function as highly structured learning environments 5 days/week under the supervision of our trained, dedicated and experienced educators and support staff. Students identified as needing special education supports receive the continuum of services while in treatment to meet the educational needs of every student.
We also have a GED program for adolescents ages 16-17. Our experienced educators, support staff and Director of Education work individually with our residents to help prepare our youths for the GED test. |

| Clients are assigned a primary clinical therapist to address individual treatment needs. |

| Residential Treatment is provided in a structured, therapeutic setting,
in which clients are closely supervised during waking and sleeping
hours. |
